For Australian landscapers

The jobs you miss don't leave a voicemail.

You’re running a bobcat, a whipper snipper or a concrete cutter, and you genuinely cannot hear the phone.

So the call rings out, they don't leave a message, and they ring the next landscaper on Google. We text them back in about ten seconds instead, work out what the job is, and put it on your phone — while you keep working.

🛡️ No Job, No Fee

You don't pay until it catches you a job. If you don’t win work in the 30 days after that, we refund every cent and you keep the leads.

Let it ring out and hang up — you'll get exactly what your customer gets.

What your missed calls actually are

  • Retaining walls and levelling
  • Turf, artificial and real
  • Reticulation installs and repairs
  • Paving and limestone
  • Garden design and planting
  • Tree and stump removal
  • Regular garden maintenance

Not all of them, obviously. Plenty are suppliers, wrong numbers and robocalls — which is why we won't tell you what your missed calls are “costing” you. We don't know, and neither does anyone else selling you this.

The ones that can't wait

Urgent means something different for landscapers

A generic answering service treats every call the same. These are the ones where an hour matters, and they get flagged straight to your phone as an SMS alert rather than sitting in a list:

  • Retaining wall moving or bulging after rain
  • Retic burst and running — water bill and wasted water
  • A tree down or leaning over a house or powerline
  • Property going to market and the yard has to be presentable by a date

Late winter and spring, when everyone decides the yard is happening before summer — plus a maintenance spike whenever properties go to market.

What it sounds like

A real shape of conversation for landscapers — running while you're still on the tools. You set the questions; this is roughly how it goes.

G’day, had the bobcat going. What are you after?
Want to redo the back lawn, it’s all dead. And maybe retic
Easy. Roughly how big is the area, and is it real turf you want or artificial?
About 80 square metres. Real if it’ll survive, we’ve got a dog
All good, plenty of options with a dog. Can a machine get down the side or is it a narrow gate?
Side gate, pretty narrow. Maybe 900

Illustrative — not a real customer's conversation. The AI never claims to be you: if someone asks straight out, it tells them it's an assistant and that you'll ring back.

And they can send a photo

A photo of the yard and the side access tells you whether it’s a machine job or a wheelbarrow job — which changes the quote more than the square metres do.

What you get before you ring back

  • Rough size of the area in square metres
  • Whether it’s a one-off or ongoing maintenance
  • What the access is like — can a machine get in, or is it wheelbarrows
  • Whether there’s a deadline like a sale, an inspection or an event
  • Whether they want design and build or just the build

So when you do ring back, you're not starting from “g'day, you called?”. You already know whether it's worth the drive, what to put on the van, and whether it can wait until Thursday.

Keep your number. Keep your phone.

Nothing on your van, your ads or your website changes. There's no app and no new number to hand out — we use the call forwarding already built into your mobile service, so your phone rings like it always has and we only ever see the calls you don't answer.

Works on any handset and any Australian plan, prepaid included. The one thing that has to change is switching your carrier's voicemail off, because voicemail answers on the same conditions we do — we do that with you on the phone, and we've written it up carrier by carrier.

No job, no fee · 5 minutes to set up · we do it with you

Not sure you've got a problem worth paying for? Run the two-minute leak test — it runs on your phone, sends nothing anywhere, and tells you to buy nothing if the answer is zero.
